§ · Coworking

The long work,
kept beautiful.

A quiet sanctuary for deep work above the Pacific — communal tables, window desks, a boardroom, and terraces that open to the sea.

Why work here

A place that makes
deep work easy.

Most coworking is fluorescent and forgettable. Ours is the opposite — warm light, real materials, plants, and the ocean in the window.

Come for an hour or a season. Sit at the long table, take a window desk, book the boardroom, or carry your laptop to the terrace when the afternoon turns gold.

Fast, never throttled.
Starlink + fibre, 1 Gbps. Built for calls, uploads, and the deep end of the day.
Quiet by design.
Unhurried hours, a real boardroom for calls, and corners made for focus.
Beauty as fuel.
Ocean-view terraces, coffee at the door, and a room you actually want to be in.

What people ask before they come.

How much does a coworking day pass cost in Cabo San Lucas?

A day pass at T1ME & CO is $500 MXN. It includes open seating at the communal table, the lounge or the ocean-view terraces, Starlink + fibre internet at 1 Gbps, coffee, tea and herbal infused water, and 30% off the SEAD menu. A week pass is $2,222 MXN, the Soulpreneur membership for entrepreneurs is $7,999 MXN per month and the Corporate membership for teams is $12,999 MXN per month.

What are the opening hours?

Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 8am – 4pm. Closed Sunday. Members and day pass holders arrive any time within those hours; the boardroom books into any open hour.

Where is T1ME & CO Coworking located?

On the second floor of Sunrock Hotel & Residences, Carretera Transpeninsular Km. 5.5, Cabo Bello, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur 23455 — about ten minutes from the marina on the Corridor toward San José del Cabo. Parking is free.

Do I need a membership, or can I walk in for one day?

You can walk in. The day pass needs no membership and no commitment — message us on WhatsApp to confirm a seat. Membership is for people who want the house every day, and it carries a standing 20% across the restaurant, the bar and the boardroom.

How fast is the internet, and is it reliable for video calls?

Starlink and fibre run in parallel at 1 Gbps, so calls hold even when the local grid does not. It is the main reason remote workers and visiting teams choose us over a café or a hotel lobby.

Is there a private meeting room for a team?

Yes. The Vision Room seats up to 10 with a screen and conferencing, from $750 MXN per hour — or $1,000 MXN with coffee break included — bookable online. Week pass holders get one hour included; monthly members get 8 to 16 hours depending on the plan.

Is T1ME & CO good for digital nomads visiting Los Cabos?

It is built for it. Day and week passes suit short stays, the week pass keeps your spot, and the house has a restaurant, a conscious bar, terraces over the Pacific and a community of founders and creatives — so the working day and the living day happen in one place.

Do you speak English and Spanish?

Both, throughout. The team, the house and this site are bilingual — most members are a mix of Los Cabos entrepreneurs and visitors from the United States and Canada.

What makes this different from other coworking in Los Cabos?

Most coworking is a desk for rent. This is a members' house where the work, the rest and the prayer share a table — a restaurant that feeds you properly, a conscious bar, a podcast studio, ocean-view terraces, and a community gathered around purpose rather than proximity.
